Yes, Pranzo caters. From our kitchens, we'll prepare and deliver dinner for two - or nine hundred. Maybe you'd like appetizers? We have a great selection of antipasti. We'll set up a bar for cocktails and wine. Our servers are all full-time employees of Pranzo and all have New Mexico Alcohol Server Permits.
Choose from Pranzo favorites like
Brasare D'Agnello, Lobster with Gnocchi, Veal Scallopine, and Filet Mignon with Portobello Mushroom Risotto. And of course Italian favorites like Spaghetti with Meatballs, Lasagna (vegetarian or with meat), Penne con Salciccia (Tuscan Sausage), and dozens of other choices. We'll send foccacia and our Pranzo Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oils. Even our F.X. O'Reilly MicroCreamery Ice Creams.
Pranzo's great wait staff is available for your affair. Our staff is well trained, people oriented and New Mexico Alcohol Service Permit licensed. (Pranzo never resorts to "on call" independent contractor waiters.) We serve the Community Convention Center and many other venues in and around Santa Fe. And we have brought our service to dozens and dozens of homes. We even serve aircraft leaving Santa Fe Municipal Airport!
